Shipping Policy

USA STANDARD - £8.99 (approximately $12)

when will my order arrive?

all orders purchased before 3:00 pm (GMT) are usually dispatched on the same day. standard delivery to most areas of the USA should arrive within 4-10 working days. USA standard deliveries are usually shipped via USPS.

USA EXPRESS - £13.99 (approximately $18)

when will my order arrive?

all orders purchased before 3:00 pm (GMT) are usually dispatched on the same day. USA express delivery to most areas of the USA should arrive within 2-3 working days. all USA Express deliveries are shipped via DHL.

WORKING DAYS

our working days are monday – friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (GMT), excluding bank/public holidays. all orders purchased on the weekend and public/bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day. if you place an order on a public/bank holiday you may experience slight delays with your delivery.

TRACKED SERVICE

all USA orders are dispatched via a tracked service to ensure you receive your order safely.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number, you can now track your parcel by logging in to your account here.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

if you have not received your delivery within 3 working days and you have tried to track your item with the service provided, please contact us here.

USA DELIVERY EXEMPTIONS

unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to any PO BOX addresses. please consider this before you order.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

the prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. you will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your parcel. if you refuse to accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to us. you will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return, the costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds which are owed to you.

the above dates and times are suggested by the couriers therefore there is no guarantee it will be delivered on time.

Return & Exchange Policy

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

items must be returned within 8 days from the purchase date on your order confirmation.

items must be unused and in its original packaging. if the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, please use an appropriate box and mailbag to return your items back to us. please note that if the items get damaged during transit due to improper packaging you might be responsible for any additional costs.

all footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs that the product has been worn.

items are returned at the customers’ own expense.

£5.50 will be deducted from your refund if you decide to use our returns label. customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been processed in case the item(s) get lost in transit on the way back to ACE. we reserve the right to decline your refund if your return does not comply with the terms stated above.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

please note that all items can be returned exclusively by post/courier, as we don't currently have a drop off point. if you decide to return an item via our label, a total of £5.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return. alternatively, you can also return the items via your own method to the address below:

please follow the simple steps below to return your item(s).

on your returns slip, please select the items you would like to return.

tell us why you would like to return your item using the reason key listed on the form. cut off the returns label and attach this to the outside of your parcel. please ensure you obtain a proof of postage until your refund has been processed. enclose your returns form inside the parcel before sealing your parcel.

*please note the pre-paid returns label only covers parcel for under 5kg, we will not be responsible for the costs of the parcels over this weight.
